<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>2 Tablespoons oil<br />
1 C. rice, uncooked<br />
1 clove minced garlic<br />
½ C sliced green onions<br />
2/3 C. chopped, canned hot chilies<br />
½ C. diced fresh tomatoes<br />
2 C. low-salt broth (vegetable or beef)</p>
<p><strong>Directions: </strong></p>
<p>Heat oil in a heavy skillet and sauté rice. Stir until rice is golden brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer thirty minutes. (Serves 6)</p>
