Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons oil
1 C. rice, uncooked
1 clove minced garlic
½ C sliced green onions
2/3 C. chopped, canned hot chilies
½ C. diced fresh tomatoes
2 C. low-salt broth (vegetable or beef)
Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy skillet and sauté rice. Stir until rice is golden brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer thirty minutes. (Serves 6)
